About me
With a degree in Horticultural Science and after a long career working in Kent’s beautiful parks and gardens, I founded Gardenity in 2015. My focus changed from large public green spaces to private gardens. I joined the Society of Garden Designers which helped me greatly with the transition.
Through further education, research and experimentation I have learned what works well in gardens in terms of safe, practical, and sustainable design. My interest in visual arts has helped me develop a good eye for creating beautiful gardens, working hand-in-hand with Mother Nature, the best co-creator.
I have always felt most at peace when in nature. By combining garden and serenity I created Gardenity. The name sums up my mission: to help my Clients achieve their own therapeutic, uplifting, contemplative space in the natural world which is - quite literally - on their doorstep.
